Responsibilities

  • Planung, Aufbau & Durchführung des POS-Onboardings (zwei Wochen)
  • Schulung in allen Basics: Produktwissen, Pitch, Einwandbehandlung, Abschluss
  • Praxisorientiertes Live-Training direkt am POS – du machst’s vor: stoppen, pitchen & closen!
  • Fortlaufendes Coaching & Performanceentwicklung bestehender Verkäufer*innen
  • Entwicklung von Trainingskonzepten, Modulen & Unterlagen für den POS-Vertrieb
  • Dokumentation & Feedback zu individuellen Lernfortschritten
  • Workshops zu Mindset, Motivation & Resilienz im Sales-Alltag
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau unserer neuen Vertriebsakademie
