Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience in retail property — ideally across asset, portfolio or general management
  • Proven success managing large-format, outlet-style or complex multi-stakeholder retail environments
  • Strong financial, commercial and operational acumen — including P&L ownership
  • Confident leading cross-functional teams with a mix of internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working closely with Directors — contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term planning

Responsibilities

  • Lead all core precinct functions: leasing, centre management, marketing, compliance, and operations
  • Take full ownership of the precinct P&L — budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Guide tenancy mix decisions in collaboration with leasing partners and Directors
  • Strengthen team alignment, operational governance, and reporting discipline
  • Maintain oversight of tenant performance, experience, and retention
  • Work with Directors to shape the precinct’s long-term commercial and brand strategy
  • Embed a high-performance culture across the wider team
