Candidates should possess experience as either a senior researcher or portfolio manager working on quantitative strategies in equities and/or futures, along with an undergraduate degree from a leading university in a quantitative or scientific field. Strong programming skills are required to support strategy research and portfolio implementation, and a passion for identifying and extracting inefficiencies across markets is also necessary.
The Portfolio Manager will join EG’s purely systematic multi-PM platform, building their business, team, and strategy while being supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure and a robust risk management framework, and they will be responsible for independently trading a systematic book and managing portfolio risk.
