Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, proactive approach, and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work with data and KPIs, analyze trends, and identify improvement directions
Fluency in English

Responsibilities

Act as a valuable partner for clients, serving as a strategic partner in digital transformation, sharing market trends and best practices, and leveraging the full portfolio of products and services for mutual benefits
Represent client interests to internal teams, acting as their voice within the company
Provide expertise on products and services, consulting clients on the full Viseven portfolio to ensure understanding of capabilities and effective use for maximum benefits
Coordinate and manage processes, leading portfolio initiatives, collaborating with internal teams for successful project implementation, ensuring daily communication and alignment among stakeholders, tracking progress, maintaining high client satisfaction, and suggesting new approaches as needed
Facilitate platform implementation and new ways of working, supporting onboarding and providing post-implementation assistance, advice, and consultations for successful adaptation and effective use
Identify new opportunities by analyzing gaps and pain points, turning them into collaboration growth opportunities, and supporting the sales team in qualifying opportunities
Conduct regular status reviews, evaluate performance against agreed KPIs, provide feedback to all stakeholders, and address identified gaps
Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, product, support, and account management, to ensure seamless and high-quality client experience
