Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, demonstrating the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required, along with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, the capacity to manage multiple demands, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

The Portfolio Administrator will assist in the day-to-day management of the firm’s accounts and relationships by building orders, maintaining portfolio models, managing restrictions, and facilitating communication between custodians and brokers. They will perform post-trade compliance checks, prepare trade analysis reports, review and update security information, maintain account details, provide backup support, and adhere to the firm’s Code of Ethics and Policies. Additionally, the role involves performing any other necessary duties and special projects, contributing to the firm’s overall operations and supporting business development efforts.
