Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work experience, with experience in strategy, consulting, finance, private equity/venture capital (PE/VC), or studio management
  • Deep passion for games, with understanding of the industry value chain and roles of game studios, publishers, and platforms (preferred)
  • Verifiable experience in organizational transformation
  • Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in Chinese and English to communicate with global stakeholders, with experience reporting to executives
  • Strong self-driven mindset, able to provide actionable solutions in fast-paced, changing environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth business diagnosis and strategy planning for global studio groups, covering overall company performance, core metrics of in-development/operational products, and achievement of strategic goals (OKR/KPI), providing forward-looking strategic recommendations based on data insights
  • Design and drive the implementation of innovations in core operational processes such as financial management and resource allocation for studio groups, establishing more efficient and transparent management mechanisms
  • Lead strategic critical projects focused on the core challenges, major risks, and key bottlenecks faced by the global studio matrix, formulating and implementing solutions
  • Build high-trust, high-impact partner relationships with core management layers of global studios, deeply understanding their business logic, team culture, and core needs, and providing precise support
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, publishing, finance, HR, and other teams to break down information silos and drive cross-departmental collaboration loops
