Responsibilities

The Plumbing Foreman will supervise, evaluate, and motivate field project team members, promoting high-quality and safety standards. They will plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scope of work, build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades, and work closely with the Superintendent to ensure successful, on-time, and quality project completion. The role also involves coordinating production, attending meetings with other trades and the general contractor, resolving conflicts, and providing excellent customer service. Furthermore, the Foreman is responsible for ensuring all installations meet quality and plumbing code standards, managing material and personnel requirements to meet project schedules, maintaining accurate project documentation, and adhering to PipeFlow Pros’ standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
