Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market execution for key product launches and support global PlayStation Store sales strategy development and delivery
  • Act as primary liaison between Commercial Management, PlayStation’s network studios, and PlayStation Store
  • Serve as commercial leader in cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring executional consistency and alignment with global initiatives, including SKU planning & optimization, pricing & price-promotion management, SW lifecycle management planning, proactive sales-planning, commercial governance, and data-informed sales experimentation
  • Perform data analysis using player & buyer data to drive innovative sales practices grounded in player activity
  • Support PlayStation Store’s publisher account management teams through relationship management
  • Provide studio stewardship & education to influence successful lifecycle planning on PlayStation Store, including factoring variables into product design and development
  • Contribute to Studio Business Group’s revenue forecasting process with insights and analysis; track sales performance against fiscal targets and provide internal/external business performance updates
  • Develop and implement sales and retail marketing strategies to enhance market positioning and drive revenue growth for PlayStation Store
  • Support Director of SW Commercial Planning to integrate PlayStation Store into lifecycle planning and software management globally
  • Identify and champion process improvements in partnership with Commercial Management, Global Marketing, Studios, Release Management, and other collaborators
  • Collaborate with internal teams including QA, Global Marketing, Release Management, CDS Operations, Commercial Finance, PlayStation Store’s Business Development, and Global Commercial Planning teams
