Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Creative Production segment
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong ability to develop detailed playables briefs
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the mobile apps industry, including benchmarking and brainstorming innovative ideas
  • Good eye for design and capability to articulate design decisions
  • Previous experience in a creative or art direction role working with third party providers (technical background in playables highly appreciated)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a high-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Good understanding of the casual mobile game market, mobile advertising, and Playable Ads marketing

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance of playables to derive clear learnings for further development
  • Benchmark the market and networks to provide findings for ideation
  • Create Playables briefs based on performance and game feel experience, and provide art direction and assets
  • Manage your own portfolio of games and end-to-end (E2E) playables production and upload
  • Track performance of playables and define strategies to improve it
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Video, Analytics, etc.) to optimize ideation for production and align playables strategy among stakeholders
  • Constantly identify and propose improvement opportunities for processes and playables development
