Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and success, taking pride in driving customers to align with best practice recommendations and ensuring service objectives are met
  • Project management experience and proficiencies to ensure customer success
  • Experience operationalizing leading endpoint security technology and planning enterprise technology deployments
  • Experience advising customers on identified information security risks
  • Proficiency and experience with common IT and Systems Management platforms (Active Directory/Group Policy, Citrix, SCCM, etc.)
  • Proficiency and experience with cloud technology platforms and container workloads (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
  • Proficiency creating and delivering customer-facing collateral using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • (Bonus) Existing experience operationalizing Falcon
  • (Bonus) BA/BS/MA/MS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, or related field
  • (Bonus) Industry-related certifications

Responsibilities

  • Use security knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform to drive all service objectives to completion and support customer-related workflows
  • Produce and deliver service-defined kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, and periodic status updates with the customer
  • Support technical discussions pertaining to the Falcon platform, associated detections and preventions, and general service-related best practices aligned to the Platform Professional Services Operating Model
  • Serve as the liaison with other internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries and operating requirements are fully resolved
  • Actively engage customers via virtual meeting, email, or case management system
  • Work with leadership to participate in activities to identify and improve service outcomes which align to CrowdStrike’s mission and strategic goals
