Platform Coach

Position Overview

Bloomerang is seeking a Platform Coach to deliver coaching sessions and group trainings. The Platform Coach will guide customers in implementing fundraising best practices and maximizing the potential of their databases. This role is critical for customer success, retention, and adoption, supporting customers in their day-to-day fundraising database efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Expand expertise in Bloomerang products and fundraising best practices.
  • Manage a portfolio of nonprofits, guiding them through a learning path to optimize their Bloomerang experience.
  • Deliver group training sessions and webinars.
  • Contribute to the development of coaching curriculum, webinars, and group training content for all product knowledge topics.
  • Strategically advise nonprofits on their fundraising goals, identifying knowledge gaps and recommending learning paths.
  • Maintain high satisfaction ratings from assigned nonprofits.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure high retention rates for the nonprofit portfolio.
  • Stay current with the latest Bloomerang product updates.
  • Respond promptly to team and client communications.
  • Manage and maintain various software tools for calendar, email, and CRM systems.
  • Mentor new staff as needed.
  • Set and achieve professional development goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in facilitation, training, and development.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of coaching processes, procedures, methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven ability to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to strategically drive initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation, coaching, and consultation.
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
  • Experience in creating and delivering enablement programs across multiple modalities and technologies.
  • Ability to consistently meet goals and high KPIs while pursuing professional development.
