Requirements

Excellent computer skills with outstanding knowledge of the infrastructure surrounding the local computer network
Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Documents, Google Drive
Strong analytical skills and vision to forecast and implement most successful course of action for the company in a highly competitive environment
SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system experience preferred
Lead experience preferred
Statistical process control methods
ISO-9001, 17025, and 17034 series knowledge preferred
Ability to work in and promote a team environment
Computer skills/PC package expertise, including word processing and database software applications
Ability to have situational awareness, time management skills, and capacity to critically think

Responsibilities

Processes previous service gas cylinders in preparation for new gas production
Responsible for safety, product quality, and productivity during the work shift
Sorts cylinders according to cylinder size and service
Scrapes and paints cylinders
Maintains organization in the cylinder yard
Moves cylinders by forklift and handcart within the facility
Inspects and prepares high and low pressure cylinders for the filling process
Performs required maintenance on cylinders
Loads and unloads common carrier trucks and Airgas shuttle trucks
Performs order management transactions within the ERP system
Organizes and assembles customer required documents for the packing and shipping departments
Communicates with inter-departments or outside customers when needed for support or problem resolution
Ensures facility is properly maintained including housekeeping of the work area
Ensures that all standard operating procedures are accurately documented and followed
Ensures operation meets or exceeds all safety procedures and standards
Follows the established Quality System and reports any deficiency
Performs efforts necessary for all ISO maintenance
Provides continuous support for sales/marketing teams
Performs system monitoring, training, and evaluation
