Requirements

BS or BA Degree in a technical discipline (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field)
Extensive experience in a manufacturing or supply chain leadership role
Over 20 years of experience in relevant industries, including a minimum of 10 years in managerial positions
Proven track record of achieving outstanding operational results
Extensive experience leading in a lean manufacturing and continuous improvement culture
Understand the drivers of financial performance and experience working closely with the finance team to monitor cost improvements
Demonstrated proficiency in strategic and analytical decision-making, combined with creative problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and manufacturing processes
Adhere to the production schedule to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the quality department to ensure adherence to quality protocols
Drive the effective implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to improve productivity
Manage manufacturing budgeting and resource allocation, and monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures
Set and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for manufacturing operations
Lead the annual operation planning process, ensuring alignment with global operations imperatives
Lead, mentor, and develop the manufacturing operation team
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Execute global operations strategies, including managing and improving manufacturing processes, enhancing productivity, and reducing inventory
