Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the industrial gas or equipment OEM industry. Demonstrated experience in managing teams and overseeing complex scheduling processes is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in ERP systems and scheduling software.
The Planning and Scheduling Team Manager will oversee the entire planning and scheduling process for both Rotoflow and Gardner Cryogenics manufacturing facilities, including new order intake, resource planning, and delivery of contracts. They will be responsible for aggregating information, reporting on on-time delivery metrics, and driving process improvements to enhance execution speed, process efficiency, and order fulfillment. This role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Proposals, Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to manufacturing dates.
