Position Overview

This role involves planning, delivering, implementing, and maintaining Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) systems for various supply chain functions including demand planning, manufacturing resources planning, distribution resource planning, procurement, and direct sourcing. The position requires crafting and managing the roadmap for supply chain systems, partnering with supply chain leaders and operations to drive business value and continuous improvement, and developing strategic solutions for the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, implement, and maintain SIOP systems for demand planning, manufacturing resources planning, distribution resource planning, procurement, and direct sourcing.
  • Gather and analyze data to support proposed projects and systems requirements.
  • Craft and manage the roadmap for supply chain systems by partnering with supply chain leaders and operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic solutions for supply chain.
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing teams and projects for system implementations, particularly for advanced supply chain planning implementations.
  • Create project proposals including high-level system design and cost to achieve.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in any positions where the required skills can be gained, or a related occupation.
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • Lead role, architect, or specialist in supply chain planning systems or ERP systems.
    • Experience implementing, upgrading, and supporting supply chain planning systems or ERP systems for supply chain processes.
    • Partnering with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic solutions for supply chain.
    • Experience and understanding of Oracle ERP and supply chain technologies.
    • Experience creating high-level system design proposals.

  • Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
