A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain planning systems or ERP systems, including a lead role, architect, or specialist position. Experience in implementing or upgrading and supporting supply chain planning systems or ERP systems for supply chain processes, partnering with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic solutions, and experience with Oracle ERP and supply chain technologies are also necessary.
The Sr. Staff Architect will plan, deliver, implement, and maintain SIOP systems for demand planning, manufacturing resources planning, distribution resource planning, procurement, and direct sourcing, gathering and analyzing data to support proposed projects and systems requirements. They will craft and manage the roadmap for supply chain systems by partnering with supply chain leaders and operations, and demonstrate leadership in managing teams and projects for system implementations, particularly for advanced supply chain planning implementations. The role also involves creating project proposals including high-level system design and cost estimates, and traveling up to 20% domestically and internationally for business needs.
