Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy aligned with brand and therapeutic area objectives
  • Develop sustainable relationships with designated accounts, health systems, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to formalize Impella programs and optimize outcomes
  • Understand hospital market dynamics, uncover gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy appropriate tools to reach more patients
  • Present complex health economic information to influential and diverse groups in an engaging, credible, and easily understood way
  • Advocate for heart recovery programs to health system administration and engage hospital administrators to gain alignment on projects
  • Collaborate with hospitals and administrators to identify program efficiencies through best practice implementation, protocol development, and workflow improvement for long-term sustainability
  • Identify program gaps and align internal resources to support hospital goals
  • Collaborate with systems of care and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to implement best practices across hospitals
  • Identify and develop new and emerging key opinion leaders
