Requirements

Must be a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Minimum of 7 years of PA-C Operating Room experience within Urology, ENT, Plastics, ED, OB/GYN, Pediatrics specialties (military experience considered)
Must reside in Northern or Southern California (assigned region)
Willing to travel a minimum of 50% to attend surgical procedures
Valid driver’s license issued in the United States
Ability to successfully complete a background investigation
Strong interpersonal communication skills with high level of technical acumen in a hospital/operating room environment
Self-motivated with excellent relationship building skills
Internal and external customer focus
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to work in matrix and team structures
Learn, know, and follow all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to the position
Maintain highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance; promptly communicate legal/ethical concerns

Responsibilities

Observe surgical procedures in the operating room
Educate clinical and sales teams on surgical products, providing procedural knowledge and product suggestions
Lead Professional Education Programs for Health Care Providers and Internal Staff Members
Provide activity and lead generation information into client’s CRM system
Collaborate with Marketing on Product, Procedure, and Resource Expansion
Educate the Field Sales Organization as needed
Potential to represent client company at major conferences across the US
Complete required administrative and other duties as assigned accurately and promptly
