  • Degree as a certified Radiographer
  • Proven technical/clinical industry experience with Surgery/C-arms
  • Proven experience in theatre procedures and C-arms usage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including team working skills and good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions
  • Team oriented with a strong customer satisfaction mindset
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing work environments
  • Able to travel and be at customer sites 70-80% of working time (annual average)

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite clinical applications training to users' equipment in the given modality area
  • Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager
  • Act as the technical liaison to the sales organization to strengthen technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while driving business opportunities forward
  • Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, with ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
  • Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and benefits sought
  • Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
  • Support trade shows, workshops, show sites, and customer visits
  • Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
  • Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per local protocol
  • Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events
