Requirements

Degree as a certified Radiographer
Proven technical/clinical industry experience with Surgery/C-arms
Proven experience in theatre procedures and C-arms usage
Excellent interpersonal skills, including team working skills and good communication skills
Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions
Team oriented with a strong customer satisfaction mindset
Flexible and able to adapt to changing work environments
Able to travel and be at customer sites 70-80% of working time (annual average)

Responsibilities

Provide onsite clinical applications training to users' equipment in the given modality area
Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager
Act as the technical liaison to the sales organization to strengthen technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while driving business opportunities forward
Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity
Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships, with ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values, and benefits sought
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
Support trade shows, workshops, show sites, and customer visits
Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions as per local protocol
Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events
