Requirements

  • Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Minimum of 7 years of PA-C operating room experience in Urology, ENT, Plastics, ED, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics specialties (military experience considered)
  • Reside in the assigned region (New York/Philadelphia)
  • Willing to travel a minimum of 50% to attend surgical procedures
  • Valid driver’s license issued in the United States
  • Successfully complete a background investigation
  • Ability to work in an operating room environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with high level of technical acumen in a hospital environment
  • Self-motivated with excellent relationship building skills
  • Internal and external customer focus
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Ability to work in matrix and team structures
  • Learn, know, and follow all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; maintain highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance; promptly communicate legal/ethical concerns

Responsibilities

  • Observe surgical procedures in the operating room
  • Provide education to sales teams on the manufacturer’s surgical product line, including procedural knowledge and product suggestions
  • Lead Professional Education Programs for Health Care Providers and Internal Staff Members
  • Provide activity and lead generation information into client’s CRM system
  • Collaborate with Marketing on Product, Procedure, and Resource Expansion
  • Educate the Field Sales Organization as needed
  • Potential to represent client company at major conferences across the US
  • Complete required administrative and other duties accurately and promptly
