As a Physical Therapist contractor, the individual will map key Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) and workflows for Physical Therapists across various environments, including cash-pay and insurance models, and analyze clinician feedback to recommend prioritized product enhancements. They will also define CPT billing pathways, outline EMR integration requirements, specify HIPAA compliance needs, and participate in workshops to shape market entry, advising on pricing tiers and product features, and submitting strategic memos to guide go-to-market and product strategy.
