Requirements

A four-year university degree is required, along with five or more years of experience in contracts and/or pricing. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills are essential, as is in-depth knowledge of contract and rebate processes. Previous experience in a medical/surgical distribution or manufacturing business is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Contracts & Pricing Analyst supports the team and customers by managing contract information, resolving pricing and rebate issues, and approving customer contract access. Responsibilities include informing customers of price changes, communicating contract expirations, maintaining system knowledge, and recommending process improvements. The role involves daily reporting to customers on pricing misalignments, organizing meetings for issue resolution, proactively identifying expiring contracts, and researching GPO/tier eligibility. Additionally, the analyst reviews invoice activity to correct overcharges and denied rebates, plans and implements contract pricing for new and existing customer conversions, analyzes pricing issues leading to short-pays, and supports AR on pricing audits. The position also requires analyzing customer metrics to identify opportunities for improving internal metrics and customer satisfaction.
