Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative is required, with in-depth knowledge of the diabetes field and experience in practices and clinics. Strong sales skills and goal-oriented work habits are necessary, along with high social competence, teamwork skills, and networking abilities. Digital IT skills and effective use of modern communication channels for customer-oriented interaction are also required. Furthermore, responsible, independent, and honest conduct is expected, and good English skills (written and spoken) are needed.

Responsibilities

The Pharmareferent Oncology will conduct sales conversations with specialist groups in practices, clinics, and pharmacies, utilizing digital communication channels. They will implement sales and marketing strategies, develop and execute area action plans, and manage contact planning. The role also involves organizing and conducting training events, both in person and digitally, and contributing to the planning and execution of events and workshops.
