Requirements

  • Education: Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (idealerweise Hochschulabschluss) or Ausbildung zum/zur Geprüften Pharmareferent:in (Qualified Pharmaceutical Representative)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative.
    • Knowledge of diabetes and cardiology.
    • Experience in practices and clinics is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales skills and a goal-oriented approach.
    • High social skills, teamwork skills, and networking skills.
    • Digital IT skills and effective use of modern communication channels for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting sales conversations with specialist groups in practices, clinics, and pharmacies (endocrinologists, internists, general practitioners, cardiologists, nephrologists, pharmacists), utilizing digital communication channels.
  • Implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Developing and implementing area action plans and contact scheduling.
  • Organizing and conducting training events, including digital events.
  • Contributing to the organization of events and workshops.

  • The position is available for a fixed-term employment of 18 months, starting immediately.
