Requirements

Proven expertise in diabetes care and experience within practices and clinics are essential. Strong sales skills, goal-oriented work habits, high social competence, excellent teamwork, and networking abilities are required. Proficiency in digital IT and modern communication channels for customer engagement, along with responsible, independent, and ethical conduct, are also necessary. Good English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Pharmaceutical Representative will conduct sales discussions with specialists in practices, clinics, and pharmacies, utilizing digital communication channels. Responsibilities include implementing sales and marketing strategies, developing and executing regional action plans and contact route planning, organizing and conducting training events (including digital ones), and contributing to the design of events and workshops.
