Requirements

Candidates must have completed a Pharmacy Technician training program, satisfied all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to their State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines, demonstrate the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and commit to providing caring service and exceeding patient expectations.

Responsibilities

Pharmacy Technicians will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, assist with prescription fulfillment including production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off, ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, offer immunizations and other services at the retail location subject to requirements, operate as part of the pharmacy team following SOPs and best practices, and maintain a safe and inclusive culture.
