Required scheduling availability: Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday 2:00pm-8:00pm
Complete rigorous company training program
Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Act as first point of contact to assist patients and customers for exceptional experience
Assist in filling prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities (put away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
Contribute to safe, effective pharmacy operations and high-performing team dynamic
Demonstrate genuine care, effective communication, and foster safe, inclusive culture in all interactions
