  • Complete rigorous company training program

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
  • Act as first point of contact to assist patients and customers for exceptional experience
  • Assist in filling prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off)
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities (put away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
  • Contribute to safe, effective pharmacy operations and high-performing team dynamic
  • Demonstrate genuine care, effective communication, and foster safe, inclusive culture in all interactions
