Completion of a rigorous company training program
Satisfaction of all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines

Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Act as the first point of contact to assist patients and customers for an exceptional experience
Assist in ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, creating personalized moments at pick-up, drive-thru, phone, register; offer immunizations and services; solve or escalate patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories)
Contribute to a high-performing team, embrace a growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic, and voluntarily travel to other locations as needed
Demonstrate genuine care in all customer and colleague interactions and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture
