Requirements
A degree (min. bachelor) in a relevant field, preferably pharmaceutical sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Biotechnologies), or Economics, Business, Marketing
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales to Health Care Professionals (e.g., pharmacists, physicians, nutritionists…) or a related field, preferably in the assigned territory
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations is a plus
English language (Intermediate level) is a plus
Responsibilities
Supports the Health Care portfolio by establishing peer-to-peer scientific discussions with Pharmacists & staff, highlighting product features and benefits (product ingredients, characteristics, mode of action, reason to believe etc.) to secure the Pharmacist’s recommendation
Secures product presence in store on base business and new initiatives, in line with Company high quality standards (product distribution, on shelf availability, shelf share, shelving principles implementation, visibility on counter and path to counter, promotions)
Spends 90% of time in customer facing activities
Acts as responsible back-up for the Selling in Representative in his/her sector in case of mid to long term absence
