Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, patient care, and regulatory guidelines is essential, along with the ability to manage and develop a pharmacy team.

Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Manager will lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care by promoting best practices and leading through change, identifying and addressing performance opportunities, and supporting novel program awareness. They will oversee pharmacy team performance during bench shifts, including strengthening pharmacy performance measures through effective coaching and consistent follow-up of pharmacy team members, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and contributing to positive patient experiences by demonstrating empathy and genuine care. The Pharmacy Manager will also proactively offer and deliver immunizations, support the effective management of pharmacy inventory, and collaborate with the patient’s total healthcare team to resolve insurance and/or medication issues.
