Responsibilities

  • Promote the full portfolio of priority products (BU portfolio) with multiple HCP specialties
  • Understand the marketplace within the territory; evaluate and tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes
  • Navigate the healthcare environment and payer landscape to impact key stakeholders and become trusted partners
  • Identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles using data and analytics
  • Implement and adopt new technologies to streamline customer interactions and enhance customer experience
  • Plan for and engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers
  • Drive consistent ways of working within the Regional Healthcare Market, utilizing the Virtual Medical Hub
  • Achieve targeted sales and execution metrics across all accounts, from individual HCPs to large health systems
  • Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to foster trust and collaboration
