Requirements
- Ability to develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades/credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Knowledge of safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations
- Skills to fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Capability to complete work assignments using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers/coworkers/customers/partners; identify priorities/deadlines; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Experience providing Member service: acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products/services
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity; use of Open Door Policy

Responsibilities
- Develop and support Membership through information sharing, promotion, processing, events, and goal achievement
- Maintain facility safety by following standards/procedures, conducting sweeps, proper handling, and reporting issues
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately and efficiently
- Complete assignments/priorities collaboratively, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to changes
- Provide Member service by assisting needs, purchases, locating items, resolving concerns, promoting offerings
- Comply with policies/procedures/ethics via action plans and Open Door Policy
