- Ability to follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations

Responsibilities
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products/services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling/scanning/wrapping/palletizing items, ensuring order/invoice accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Complete work assignments and priorities by identifying priorities/deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
- Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products/services
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards using the Open Door Policy
