Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on display, video, and social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Outbrain, DV360)
  • Experience including audience building and creative testing

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, and Outbrain on the German Market, and soon the Dutch Market
  • Develop and implement test-driven acquisition strategies tailored to Central Europe
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing teams, data, design, and content stakeholders, as well as other Paid Acquisition Managers, to translate local insights into scalable paid social strategies
  • Analyze funnel performance with a focus on conversion and contract-sign stages, running structured experiments to improve CVR and CPA
  • Take ownership of performance marketing projects and tactical initiatives, driving SME lead acquisition and ensuring alignment with channel best practices and country-specific goals
  • Take ownership and manage a multi-million euro performance marketing budget, maximizing acquisition in Germany and ensuring efficient scale across campaigns
