Responsibilities

Strategisch partner voor je klanten: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner op niveau. Je zorgt dat doelen scherp zijn, verwachtingen kloppen en projecten in de juiste richting bewegen. Je organiseert bi-weekly calls, leidt kwartaalmeetings en denkt proactief mee over nieuwe groeikansen
Ambities vertalen naar een duidelijke strategie: Je ontwikkelt digitale marketingstrategieën die werken op de lange termijn. Je verbindt klantdoelen aan een helder plan, stelt de juiste KPI’s vast en maakt tactische keuzes op basis van data, marktontwikkelingen en klantgesprekken
Performance bewaken en verbeteren: Samen met consultants analyseer je de resultaten van campagnes en projecten. Je stelt kritische vragen, geeft richting en bepaalt waar de focus moet liggen
Overzicht en regie behouden: Je bewaakt overzicht in complexe klanttrajecten. Prioriteiten, deadlines, capaciteit, samenhang: jij hebt het scherp. Je zorgt dat alle kanalen elkaar versterken en dat teams effectief samenwerken naar één gezamenlijke doelstelling
Teams meenemen en laten groeien: Je coacht specialisten, stimuleert ontwikkeling en creëert een omgeving waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Je weet wanneer iemand extra richting, uitdaging of verdieping nodig heeft
