Responsibilities

  • Administer and track all employee leave of absence, severance, and accommodation cases, ensuring compliance with EU country specific regulations and company policies
  • Serve as a primary advisor to employees and managers on program processes, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate case management, documentation, and timely resolution of cases
  • Monitor program trends, generate reports, and make recommendations for process improvements to enhance the employee experience
  • Support the preparation and review of documentation for separations and accommodations, collaborating with relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Conduct cost analysis and process payments related to severance, partnering with payroll and finance teams
  • Stay up to date with changes in relevant legislation, proactively updating processes and advising stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance
