Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration: contracts, extensions, and employee data in Personio
  • Coordinate payroll and ensure all payments are correct and on time
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers
  • Organize onboarding and help new hires feel at home from day one
  • Maintain accurate records for absence, leave, and compliance
  • Support events and culture initiatives that make Wellis a great place to work
  • Support in daily office operations making sure all teams have everything they need to perform
  • Improve HR processes and documentation to keep everything efficient and scalable
