Responsibilities

Manage the administrative process of onboarding new joiners, ensuring a smooth Wiser journey with all involved kept in the loop
Coordinate adaptable onboarding plans in partnership with hiring Leads and collaborate on future changes aligned to Wise’s way of working
Manage the relocation process for new joiners, handling all logistics and documentation requirements smoothly
Participate with the wider People team in facilitating new joiner engagement and networking
Run local onboarding sessions, sharing relevant new joiner information (e.g., joiners, benefits)
Ensure the onboarding session deck is informative, engaging, and updated
Champion the People team’s ticketing desk, responding to queries efficiently and customer-centrically
Provide guidance to Wisers on leave policies, ensuring a strong end-to-end experience
Manage internal transfers and relocation requests, completing all onboarding and offboarding actions
Process all Workday actions related to the Wiser lifecycle
Ensure all operational onboarding and offboarding steps are completed, collaborating with Workplace, UT, and People Services teams
Oversee immigration processes to maintain compliant operations
Maintain team's content on Confluence, ensuring transparent, convenient, updated information with global and local efficiency
Support the Payroll team with necessary documentation/information for changes (joiners, benefits, leavers)
Produce required employment documentation (e.g., reference letters, contract changes)
Support resolving complex international remote working requests via Mobile Wiser initiative, escalating where required
Handle all last day administration for leaving and relocating Wisers, collaborating with Workplace, UT, and People Services teams to complete offboarding steps
