Requirements

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics for onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
- Master HR systems, ensure data accuracy, and proactively improve processes.
- Drive adherence to labor laws and maintain comprehensive HR documentation.
- Serve as a trusted and discreet resource for all HR inquiries.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
