Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR program management, preferably within a fast-growing, global organization. Demonstrated success in leading teams and programs across complex, cross-functional domains is required. Strong systems fluency across HRIS, benefits platforms, immigration tools, and global employment vendors is essential. Experience managing and scaling global operations, with familiarity in international compliance and employment practices, is also necessary. Excellent project management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

The People Operations Manager will lead and manage the People Operations team, overseeing team members and driving execution and growth. They will own end-to-end program management for core global employment areas including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, immigration, and compliance. Responsibilities also include driving rigorous people data update processes, partnering on audits and data hygiene, managing the employee 'help desk' for timely support, and collaborating with the People Tech team to implement process and tool improvements for streamlined workflows and enhanced employee experiences.
