Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new joiners, including scheduling, communications, and system access
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Administer, track, and manage important employee documentation such as licenses, visas, and certifications
Manage contractor agreements, documentation, and tracking systems
Coordinate contractor onboarding including system access, background checks, and certifications
Ensure all contractor compliance requirements are met and maintained
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the UK, US, and EU
Manage HRIS and benefits platforms, ensuring accurate data and smooth processes
Work closely with PEO and EOR partners
