Responsibilities

As a People Generalist at Twilio, you will partner with the HRBP team to support program roll-outs and on-going process execution, lead Office Hours for new program roll-outs or process changes, help to execute business led initiatives, work within the ServiceNow ticketing system to address complex requests, partner cross functionally with key stakeholders including H&S, People Ops, Payroll, IT, Compliance, and Recruiting, oversee confidential employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing exit surveys, prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations, and assist the employee relations team with performance management cases upon request and with proper training.
