Responsibilities

  • Übernahme und Koordination des Recruitingprozesses (Posting, Screening, Interviews, Bewerberkommunikation)
  • Analyse und Etablierung neuer Sourcing-Kanäle, Recruiting-Ansätze, Tools und Technologien
  • Planung und Durchführung des Onboarding- als auch des Offboarding-Prozesses für Mitarbeitende
  • Verantwortung für alle administrativen Tätigkeiten entlang des Employee Life Cycle, z. B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen, Pflege von HR-Daten in Workday
  • Unterstützung bei der stetigen Weiterentwicklung der P&C Prozesse und Services für den Standort Heidelberg
  • Erstellung des regelmäßigen HR Reportings und KPIs
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen P&C Projekten (z.B. Employee Experience, HRIS Implementation) und Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit global P&C
