Responsibilities

Proporcionar el primer nivel de contacto para consultas básicas y complejas relacionadas con HR
Seguir procedimientos establecidos para resolver casos, educar al empleado y garantizar una experiencia positiva
Gestionar todos los contactos ofreciendo un excelente servicio al cliente
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos del cliente

Manejar eficazmente las aplicaciones de soporte y recursos informativos (instrucciones de trabajo, FAQs, etc.)
Colaborar en equipo, promoviendo un entorno inclusivo y orientado a la cooperación
Pensar de manera creativa y proponer ideas innovadoras para mejorar eficiencia, controles internos y servicio
