Responsibilities

  • Proporcionar el primer nivel de contacto para consultas básicas y complejas relacionadas con HR
  • Seguir procedimientos establecidos para resolver casos, educar al empleado y garantizar una experiencia positiva
  • Gestionar todos los contactos ofreciendo un excelente servicio al cliente
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos del cliente
  • Conocer y utilizar herramientas de autogestión y proponer mejoras sobre ellas
  • Manejar eficazmente las aplicaciones de soporte y recursos informativos (instrucciones de trabajo, FAQs, etc.)
  • Colaborar en equipo, promoviendo un entorno inclusivo y orientado a la cooperación
  • Pensar de manera creativa y proponer ideas innovadoras para mejorar eficiencia, controles internos y servicio
