Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to co-design and enable People & Culture solutions aligned with strategic priorities
  • Use data, analytics, and insights to anticipate workforce trends, identify risks, and inform leadership decisions
  • Equip leaders with frameworks, tools, and confidence to manage teams and deliver business objectives
  • Embed leadership competencies fostering accountability, clarity, collaboration, and cultural alignment with company values
  • Coach leaders on performance, development, engagement, and cultural consistency
  • Lead performance, succession, and talent processes to build leadership pipelines and address capability gaps
  • Partner on organization design to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and scalability
  • Apply change management principles to support transitions and adoption of new systems/processes
  • Manage and advise on complex/high-risk employee matters, focusing on risk, fairness, and culture
  • Build leader capability through coaching on performance and misconduct management
  • Maintain constructive union relationships and ensure consistent application of collective agreements
  • Design and implement scalable People systems and frameworks to simplify leader actions
