Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a college diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, along with computer literacy, proficiency in Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote setting. Furthermore, candidates should possess strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, accountability, dependability, and a commitment to personal learning and self-improvement. Fluency in both written and oral communication in English and French is required.
Responsibilities
As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for regular maintenance of Workday, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out data cleanses. You will effectively manage queries through the Workday case management system within agreed service levels, support the implementation of Workdays Electronic Document Management System, prepare requested reports and complete analysis of information, collaborate with business partners and People Centres of Excellence to resolve policy questions, provide administration support for onboarding, off boarding, payroll, and personnel administration, support performance management and employee development, assist with staff recruitment processes, and ensure consistent Human Resources administration across all studios.
