This is an office-based role with a standard Monday-Friday schedule and nationwide territory coverage requiring about 1-2 business trips per month.
The team consists of 1 sales member, 1 MSL, and 1 technical support member, with marketing duties handled by these members; you start without direct reports but may lead the team in the future.
You start as a manager without direct reports but can progress to leading the PDX team with subordinates, and gain experience as the launch leader for new products within a few years.
A strong candidate has extensive marketing experience (preferred over sales), leadership in sales or marketing teams (3+ years managing multiple reports), and experience as an Area or Regional Sales Manager, in addition to the required qualifications.
