  • PDX製品の年間予算(Annual OP)を達成する
  • 管轄テリトリーの販売チャネルを駆使し、検査センター/企業など主要顧客のキーパーソンと良好な関係を構築して売上げを最大化する
  • 本社のプライオリティに則った販売促進戦略を立案しKPIを設定して、実行する
  • 管轄顧客の営業・検査現場の状況を的確に把握し、適切な売上げ予測を立案する
  • 本社のプライオリティ実践が加速できるようなアイデアを継続的に発信する
  • チームメンバーと適切なコミュニケーションを通じてメンバーを育成しチーム力を強化する
  • 事業部内の関連する各部門との良好なコミュニケーションを構築する
  • SDG内における他事業部との相乗効果を実現する
  • 顧客満足度(CAS)向上のためのアクションプランを策定し、チームとともに実行し、CASの改善に努める
