Requirements

  • For roles outside the USA: Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management (knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • For roles in USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area
  • Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
  • Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
  • Use some level of judgment and propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance
  • Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
  • Access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems, using multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members (as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent)
