What You Bring
- In-house payroll management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in software tools such as SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact.
- A "productivity geek" mentality, constantly seeking ways to improve and speed up work.
- Understanding of and ability to work largely asynchronously.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Australia.
- Manage existing relationships with key stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filing requirements, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance.
- Ensure full data integrity and quality.
- Perform accounting and reconciliations.
- Focus on KPIs and SLAs.
- Implement and improve processes.
- Mentor and support payroll specialists.
- Provide backup support to regional managers during absences.

Salary and Compensation
- Salary Range: $65,500 USD to $73,000 USD (base salary for this full-time position).

- Factors Influencing Pay: The actual base pay is dependent on location, transferable skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. Salary ranges are subject to change.

All compensation changes related to internal moves are reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case-by-case basis.
