Global Payroll Specialist

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, specifically within a multi-country environment. Strong knowledge of Indian, US, and Singaporean payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory deductions (such as PF, ESIC, and GST) is essential, and experience with payroll systems like Keka or Sequoia One is highly desirable.
The Payroll Lead will be responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in monthly payroll processing for employees across India, the US, and Singapore, adhering to all statutory deadlines as Atlan scales. They will proactively address and resolve payroll discrepancies to maintain trust and satisfaction, while ensuring Atlanians receive a white-glove experience. The role also involves maintaining full compliance with payroll regulations, including tax filings and employment laws in all jurisdictions, staying updated on changes in labor and tax laws, and proactively implementing necessary adjustments to processes and systems. Furthermore, the Payroll Lead will optimize and scale payroll systems to accommodate a growing headcount, automate routine payroll tasks, and evaluate and implement new payroll solutions.
