The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer and seamless system transitions. This includes organizing kick-off meetings, managing project plans, defining payroll and data requirements, setting up payroll processes, configuring systems, and managing the go-live transition and sign-off. They will also generate reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, and map GL reports as needed.
